In the 1990s she set up the registration of two companies managed and operated all aspects of the companies, including administration, HR, payroll, marketing and banking before deciding to study law in 2000.<\/p>\n
Elaine graduated from Thames Valley University and attended the Guildford School of Law to study the Legal Practice course.<\/p>\n
After graduating, Elaine obtained a training contract with a local firm and qualified as a solicitor in January 2009.<\/p>\n
Two weeks after being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors, Elaine instructed Counsel to represent her client at the Court of Appeal in the reported case of Burgess v Stokes [2009] EWCA Civ 548 .
